CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you babe! Please cancel or reschedule at least 24-48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a fee of 30% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged 50%. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. If there isn't enough time to complete your service, the late cancellation fee may apply. As always, I know life happens, and if you're facing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
